Mechanism of action
Sulfamethoxazole inhibits the reproduction of bacteria by inhibiting the synthesis of folic acid, and has a strong inhibitory effect on most Gram-positive and negative bacteria.
Main function
This product has broad-spectrum antibacterial effects and is mainly used to treat Haemophilus parasuis, Pasteurella, epierythrozoon, Toxoplasma gondii, Streptococcus, coccidia, etc.
Clinical application
It is mainly used to treat porcine respiratory diseases, secondary infections such as porcine pasteurellosis and porcine epierythrozoonosis, and mixed infections such as porcine PRRS, porcine circovirus disease, and swine influenza. It can also be used to prevent and treat coccidioidal diarrhea in piglets. and prevention and treatment of atrophic rhinitis. And prevention and treatment of atrophic rhinitis. It is also used to treat infectious diseases caused by sensitive bacteria in chickens, as well as chicken coccidiosis and chicken leukocytosis.
Instructions
This product is often used in combination with doxycycline, florfenicol, etc. to enhance the effect;
