Before the drill started, the Provincial Bureau, Municipal Bureau, County Bureau, and representative enterprises signed the “2023 Veterinary Drug and Feed Safety Production Responsibility Letter” with each other to fully implement the safety production responsibility system. After the signing was completed, Li Jianjie, general manager of Veyong Pharma, read out the “Safe Production Commitment Letter” on behalf of the veterinary drug and feed safety production enterprise.

The drill officially started, and a fire accident in the outsourcing workshop of preparation water injection was simulated on the spot. After the accident, the workshop immediately started the emergency response procedure. After receiving the accident report, the on-site commander-in-chief dialed 119 as soon as possible and activated the emergency rescue plan. Emergency response in the aspects of vigilance, first aid for the injured, emergency rescue, etc. After the professional fire brigade joined the disaster relief, they carried out work such as extinguishing the fire and cooling down the temperature, and eliminating the remaining hidden dangers. The whole drill was commanded well, handled decisively, and the participants had a clear division of labor and cooperated with each other, successfully completing the on-site rescue mission.
