Strictly control the five key links of product design, procurement of raw and auxiliary materials, production process control, product inspection, adverse reaction monitoring and reporting, to ensure that the pass rate of product production and veterinary drug quality supervision and inspection has remained 100% for 6 consecutive years.

After years of optimization, Veyong Pharma has established a vertical three-level quality management system at the company level, workshop level, and team level. The efficient and standardized operation of the quality system ensures that all aspects of the company meet GMP requirements. The company has established a “company-level annual self-inspection+monthly special inspection+monthly department self-inspection+ production process supervision” quality self-inspection system to implement the principle of full participation of GMP.

On the premise of overcoming the pressure of involution in the animal health industry brought about by the dual epidemics, Veyong Pharma focused on quality improvement, efficiency enhancement and upgrading, and carried out quality improvement and efficiency creation actions. Accepted 28 batches of veterinary drug quality supervision and sampling inspections by the Ministry of Agriculture throughout the year, and the product quality pass rate reached 100%; the continuous and stable output of API products that meet USP and EP standards.

In 2022, Veyong Pharma’s quality management work will keep the bottom line and not cross the red line, and have achieved remarkable results: in April, successfully passed the on-site inspection with high Score and acceptance of the new version of GMP, obtained the GMP certificate again, expanded the production scope, and added 13 new API products and 8 A traditional Chinese medicine extract product.

Successfully passed the on-site audit of international and domestic customers for many times throughout the year, Veyong welcomed the audit with an open mind, absorbed many advanced international concepts through the audit, and continuously integrated them into the daily production and quality management process, which promoted the quality management system.
