Veyong has 18 fully automatic production lines, among which there are 3 production lines in the powder workshop, which are Chinese medicine powder production line, albendazole-ivermectin premix production line (special production line for albendazole-Ivermectin premix), powder/premix (including Tiamulin hydrogen fumarate /Tilmicosin granulating and coating) production line.

In June 2019, the construction of the digital workshop started, and the veterinary drug transformation and expansion project passed GMP acceptance. The project was designed and constructed in accordance with the 2020 new version of veterinary drug GMP requirements. The specifications require that the powder, premix, and granule lines adopt a closed production process from feeding to sub-packaging to realize automatic control of the production process. The online implementation of the SAP system has laid the foundation for the company's intelligent manufacturing, MES system implementation, and information integration. The existing equipment has PLC and DCS control. Through information concatenation, the order realizes the automatic seamless connection from the order to the production, receipt, delivery, after-sales and other links, forms the coordination and integrated management and control of production, supply and sales, and optimizes the allocation and efficient utilization of resources.

The workshop realizes the automation of the production system through the process of automatic batching, production, automatic packaging machine, intelligent checkweighing, two-dimensional code collection, intelligent unpacking, SCARA packing, and automatic sealing and packing. Adopt advanced logistics management, production planning and scheduling, computer one-key operation automation system, two-dimensional code information traceability system, and domestic first-class energy monitoring system platform to effectively monitor resource consumption. Compared with the existing production lines in the industry, SCADA manipulator packing replaces manual labor, reducing direct labor costs by 50%.

The digital workshop has an annual production capacity of 680 tons of powders and granules. The workshop uses data acquisition and monitoring and control systems as the "nerve center" of the production line to achieve process management, authorization review, scheduling and distribution, logical operations, real-time feedback, electronic batch records and other functions. And it is integrated with MES, ERP and PLM systems to perfect the information communication structure of the workshop, break the "information islands" of production management, and ensure the safe operation of enterprise information systems.

 The application of digital technology promotes the improvement of the information construction level of Veyong, organically integrates the three systems of ERP, MES, and DCS to realize the "integration of management and control" of Veyong, reduces enterprise operating costs, and meets energy conservation and consumption reduction. demand. Since the workshop has been in operation for two years, it has promoted the development of green manufacturing and lean production through the interconnection of smart equipment and informatization, improved the informatization and competitiveness of Veyong in the industry, and played an innovative demonstration in leading the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
