2023 is the “Quality Year” of Veyong Pharma. For this purpose, a special activity leading group has been established and an annual activity plan has been formulated. Throughout the year, we will focus on the quality concept of “beginning with customer needs and ending with customer satisfaction; catch up with the world-class and become the industry benchmark”, carry out a series of quality activities at the grassroots level in an in-depth, solid and effective manner, create a good atmosphere for all employees to pay attention to quality, and improve quality awareness , strengthen the new version of GMP management, and establish the quality culture of Veyong Pharma to meet the needs of the market and customers.
General Manager Mr.Li, pointed out at the launching ceremony: To establish a product system supported by R&D, quality, service and cost, cost is the foundation, R&D is the guarantee, service is the traction, and quality is the key. Emphasize the need to improve the quality awareness of all employees, establish customer brand awareness, and strive to improve product market competitiveness, so as to establish the core competitiveness of enterprises. It is necessary to realize that quality is product support, quality is brand, and quality is core competitiveness, and quality work will be carried out throughout the year.
Mr. Li put forward four emphasis on the quality year activities:
1. To attach importance to publicity work. Adopt flexible and diverse publicity forms to spread the national drug quality laws and regulations, GMP and Veyong Pharma’s quality concept and quality culture to the production line and market line;
2. To attach importance to the soundness of the quality assessment system. Benchmark international standards, implement the new version of GMP, strengthen the production and quality management process, improve the quality management system, deepen quality improvement activities, improve product quality, and improve quality assessment management;
3. To pay attention to checking for leaks and filling vacancies. Encourage the development of QC group activities and technical research to quickly solve some current quality problems. Find problems, improve them in time, and solve them quickly. Improve product quality and production efficiency, improve the level of on-site management;
4. To pay attention to key issues. Focus on international registration, important customer audits and key products.
Product quality is the lifeblood of the company. Only the product quality that meets the needs of customers can enable the company to obtain long-term and sustainable development momentum. In order to do a good job in overall quality planning, this “Quality Year” will be implemented in the following aspects:
Internal management improvements:
The company should carry out quality management knowledge training and study, quality exhibition, process quality improvement, equipment management improvement, on-site management special inspection and other activities in combination with the actual situation of each department to improve employees’ quality awareness, establish the concept of strengthening the enterprise with quality, and strictly abide by the line of defense for work quality.
Supplier management improvement:
Product quality starts from the source, establishes a supplier management improvement team, conducts supplier audits and other work on suppliers, lays the foundation for hierarchical management of suppliers, and establishes a group of stable and guaranteed partners for the company.
