Veyong Pharma Pass New GMP Inspection with High Standard

From April 23rd to 24th, a 5-member veterinary drug GMP inspect expert group conducted the new GMP inspection for Hebei Veyong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The relevant leaders of the Urban Agriculture Bureau and the Examination and Approval Bureau participated in the witness as observers, and the company department directors and relevant personnel of the project team participated in the acceptance work.

The expert group first listened to General Manager Li Jianjie’s introduction to the current situation of Veyong Pharma and the implementation of the new GMP, and had an in-depth understanding of key renovation projects and new projects. In strict accordance with the new GMP standards, the expert team conducted on-site audits on the company’s hardware facilities, on-site management, and personnel operations of preparation and API production, and reviewed and inquired about GMP-related documents, records and other software materials.

The production lines inspected include: powder injection, powder/pulvis, premix, bolus/tablet, granule (including Chinese medicine extraction), non-final sterilized large-volume injection, final sterilized large-volume non-intravenous injection (including Chinese medicine extraction), final sterilized small-volume injections (including Chinese medicine extraction), oral solutions (including Chinese medicine extraction),external insecticides, and non-chlorine disinfectants and so on 11 final preparation production lines, 8 Chinese medicines Extract and Ivermectin, Eprinomectin, Valnemulin hydrochloride, Tiamulin hydrogen fumarate, oxytetracycline hydrochloride, Closantel sodium, Abamectin, tilmicosin, Tilmisocin phosphate, tyvanosin tartrate, Tildipirosin, Florfenicol and doxycycline hydrochloride 13 API products. 

During the inspection period, the expert group stated that the overall level of Veyongl’s new GMP project is high, and the software and hardware meet the standard requirements. The high standard of production equipment and facilities has realized the intelligent and digital control of the production process. The production lines of disinfectant, powder, pulvis, premix, and injection are worth learning from the industry; the inspection range is complete, including both raw materials and preparations, and more than 20 production lines were passed at one time;Veyong has continuously increased its investment in safety and environmental protection over the years, built a safety and smart platform, activated a personnel positioning system, and adopted advanced environmental protection facilities such as RTO for environmental protection. Finally, the inspection expert group of the Ministry of Agriculture unanimously agreed that 11 preparation production lines and 13 API products of Hebei Veyong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. passed the inspection of the new GMP with high scores.

Zhang Qing, chairman of Veyong, said that the inspection of the new GMP is not a phased and final indicator for Veyong, but a new beginning. We must deeply study the essence of the new GMP management and implement GMP dynamic management, starting from this inspection, organizes production and operations more strictly in accordance with GMP requirements, continues to improve the level of quality management, and advances to domestic first-class enterprises and world-class product quality standards.

The successful passing of the new GMP inspection marks that Veyong’s management has reached a new level.Veyong will take this inspection as an opportunity to continue to adhere to the business strategy of the integration of technical and pharmaceutical preparations, adhering to the concept of ”Chinese veterinary medicine, Veyong’s Quality”, relying on the advantages of raw materials and its preparations such as ivermectin, Eprinomectin, and tiamulin fumarate, we will accelerate the R&D and application of preparations of tyvanosin tartrate and tilmicosin, and so on. we will create a new growth stage for Veyong, provide high-quality products for world’s breeding industry, and help the healthy and high-quality development of China’s animal health industry.
